Working in a team, the candidate will be responsible for the following activities: Assist with mobile & telephone system issues; Help manage and troubleshoot the office network (WAN & LAN); Provide basic support for the Active Directory system; Oversee and maintain network printers; Support basic operations for local Servers & Switches; Contribute to the procurement (and related assets management) of computer hardware such as PCs and printers; Ensure maintenance of office laptops accordingly the Corporate IT guidelines; Offer focused technical assistance to office colleagues; Aid in supporting Lab automation systems. The ideal candidate would be nice to have: - A strong interest in ICT, Digital, AI and Technology in general; - A basic understanding of the systems listed above; - A basic understanding of the major programming languages; - A problem-solving attitude and a keenness to assist others; - Agile communication skills in both Italian and English; - Interpersonal and strong communication skills.
