We are seeking a highly motivated Management Controller to join our Finance team and play a key role in building and developing our management control systems across industrial, commercial, and financial areas.
Key Responsibilities
* Actively participate in the construction and development of management control systems (industrial, commercial, financial)
* Prepare and develop budgets, forecasts, and multi-year business plans
* Conduct periodic analysis of financial performance and key KPIs
* Provide financial analysis to support strategic business decisions
* Ensure alignment with group financial and economic reporting standards
* Promote continuous improvement and standardization of reporting processes
* Interact with and provide structured information to management and other business functions
Ideal Profile
* Degree in Economics, Finance, or Management Engineering
* Approximately 5-6 years of experience either in a Big 4 firm or in the Finance team of a modern, well-organized company/group with a focus on Controlling
* Strong interest and expertise in the Controlling function
* Analytical thinking and structured approach to work
* Excellent knowledge and proficiency with IT tools (including MS Office suite)
* Understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping
* Knowledge of audit processes and procedures
* Fluency in English
* Initiative, reliability, and strong team-working abilities
Location & Work Arrangement
This position offers flexibility with the possibility of remote work (up to 1 days per week).
