We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Manager who can lead our people strategy while creating an environment where employees can perform at their best. This is not a purely administrative HR role. You will act as a strategic partner to leadership, helping shape recruitment, workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development initiatives.
You will oversee HR operations while mentoring a growing HR team, improving internal processes, and ensuring compliance with Italian labor standards and company policies. You will play a key role in building a culture that values professionalism, collaboration, and long-term employee growth.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Strategy
Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with company objectives, workforce planning, and long-term organizational goals.
Talent Acquisition Leadership
Oversee recruitment strategies for professional and management-level positions while improving hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
Employee Relations
Promote a positive workplace culture by managing employee engagement, conflict resolution, and performance improvement initiatives.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor HR staff members, providing guidance, training, and support that improves overall department performance.
Policy and Compliance Management
Ensure HR practices comply with labor regulations, internal policies, and operational standards while maintaining accurate employee records and reporting.
Performance and Development
Support managers with performance evaluations, succession planning, training initiatives, and employee development strategies.
What We Are Looking For
Experience
7+ years of Human Resources experience with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or managerial role.
Leadership Skills
Strong ability to lead teams, manage organizational change, and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
Communication
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
HR Knowledge
Strong understanding of recruitment strategy, employee relations, workforce planning, labor compliance, and performance management systems.
Technology
Comfortable using HRIS platforms, recruitment systems, Microsoft Office tools, and digital workforce management software.
Mindset
You are proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of balancing strategic planning with day-to-day operational execution.
