Mansioni
Analisi e gestione delle richieste dei clienti, con attenzione agli accordi in essere per le attività di ispezione ed expediting.
Identificazione e selezione delle risorse interne/esterne (ispettori) che soddisfino i requisiti tecnici e temporali richiesti dal cliente.
Verifica dell'andamento dell'attività ispettiva assicurandosi che venga prodotta dall'ispettore tutta la documentazione necessaria (in particolare i report) per successivo invio al cliente.
Gestione dei timesheet dei collaboratori.
