We were meant to fly. /p pAs Intern - Airfoils Manufacturing Engineer you will optimize manufacturing processes and cycle times through Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to analyze and document engineering changes, reduce costs and build accurate technical records aligned with customer requirements. /p h3Essential Responsibilities /h3 ul liParticipate in a project of productive cycle management, studying and developing manufacturing processes and documenting changes /li liParticipate in LEAN initiative and engage Six Sigma tools for process improvements /li liStudy in order to implement cycle time, process improvements, reduce costs and reach target goals /li liBring new ideas and positive support to the current processes /li liInterface in an effective manner with all manufacturing departments /li liAnalyze and verify engineering designs and technical data are accurately documented /li liContribute to improve an accurate technical/historical base for future reference and meet customer/end user requirements /li /ul h3Qualifications/Requirements /h3 ul liMaster’s Degree in Engineering field, preferably in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical, Energy, Material or Management Engineering /li liKnowledge of technical drawings /li liFluent Italian and English /li liAbility to analyze problems and provide efficient solutions /li liCurious and eager to learn /li liStrong oral and written communication skills /li liWork Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required /li /ul h3Desired Characteristics /h3 ul liKnowledge of PLM softwares /li liStrong analytical and problem solving skills /li liAble to coordinate many tasks concurrently /li liAbility to handle diverse activities simultaneously /li /ul h3Inclusion Diversity /h3 pAvio Aero is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and we are strongly committed to maintain an inclusive and diverse environment.
