Scope of Responsibilities:
You will:
* Assist the Director of Competition Law in designing, implementing, and managing Accenture's global competition law program, covering issues related to teaming arrangements, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, employment, procurement, and data management.
* Serve as a legal subject matter expert on competition laws by:
o Providing compliance advice to Accenture businesses and legal teams;
o Developing tools, policies, and materials to enhance global compliance efforts;
o Creating and delivering training on competition law issues.
Collaborate with M&A colleagues to identify, analyze, and mitigate antitrust issues, coordinate merger filings globally, and respond to government inquiries.
This role offers a dynamic, ever-changing work environment. Our legal department is fully virtual, making location flexible.
