Your role
The Omnichannel Business Development Intern will support the Omnichannel function in monitoring and optimizing performance across Retail, Wholesale and E‑commerce channels. The Intern will collaborate on strategic cross‑functional initiatives and work closely with the Channel Marketing Performance & Insight Manager, contributing to business‑critical analyses and decision‑making processes. This position is ideal for candidates with a quantitative or engineering background who are motivated to understand how business data is structured and transformed into actionable insights. Given the broad scope of omnichannel activities and business channel marketing, cross services, cross brands and cross countries, and the high exposure with different stakeholders, the candidate must be able to independently retrieve, analyse and present data to key stakeholders clearly and accurately.
Main responsibilities
* Support omnichannel performance analysis across Retail, Wholesale and E‑commerce
* Extract, structure and validate data from internal BI systems (e.g. SAP Business Objects)
* Contribute to KPI definition and performance monitoring frameworks
* Build, optimize and maintain dashboards and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI)
* Analyse existing reports, identify gaps or inconsistencies and propose improvements
* Provide analytical support for strategic and cross‑functional projects
Main requirements
Proactive attitude and intellectual curiosity
Degree in Engineering, Economics or other quantitative fields
Strong analytical and structured mindset
Knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools
Advanced Excel knowledge
Strong curiosity and willingness to deep dive into data and reporting logic
Problem‑solving attitude and attention to detail
Good communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally
Proven experience and knowledge in Adobe Analytics is plus
Demonstrated entrepreneurship mindset, ability to think big while focus on action, deliver one Company results;
Fluency in English
