How will you make an impact?
Operational support in managing the CRM platform (Salesforce): verification, analysis, and control of the database to optimize marketing and clienteling activities.
Assistance in preparing presentations for the Retail and CRM HQ Department.
Support in creating email marketing campaigns for acquiring new customers and promoting products: target identification, DEM creation, journey management, results analysis, and reporting.
Operational support in the organization and management of marketing events, co-marketing activities, and organizational secretarial activities in collaboration with the Team.
How will you experience success with us?
Good knowledge of the Office 365 package.
Familiarity with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud (or similar CRM platforms) is appreciated.
Good knowledge of the main social networks.
Good knowledge of Italian and English (professional level).
Proactivity, flexibility, motivation, and passion for the luxury sector.
Good data analysis skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
