Operations Supervisor (including Night Shift)

What You Will Be Doing
* Supervising a team of operatives and drivers
* Ensuring all team members are motivated, treated fairly and consistently
* Planning and taking action to achieve service level targets
* Educating your team on business goals and service objectives
* Ensuring the team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant practices during the shift
What Do You Bring With You
* Experience in managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment is desirable
* Ability to manage own and team’s time effectively with attention to detail
* Energetic and enthusiastic attitude
* Strong customer focus
* Good communication skills
