What you bring:
* 5+ years of backend development - PHP, Node.js, or Java preferred
* Comfortable on the frontend: Vue, React, or Angular
* Fluent in microservices architecture and distributed systems
* SQL and NoSQL databases - you know when to use which
* AWS for infrastructure and deployment
* You already use AI tools in your daily workflow - Cursor, Claude, and whatever else gives you an edge
