PpOperation Team Leader is responsible for team coordination and she/he is accountable for achieving internal targets. /p pThe resource reports directly to Customer Operations Lead. /p pShe/he will lead an internal team consisting of 10 people working in pharma industry and managing: /p ul liChange control /li liCAPA /li liDeviations /li liFacility Management /li liProcedures /li liComputer System Validation /li liTrainings /li /ul pThe resource will also support, through hers/his expertise, other functions in delivering intermediate level products. /p h3Main Responsibilities: /h3 ul liImplements and Monitors KPI scoreboards to meet internal and external targets /li liPlans with team members activites priority /li liDevelops short-term strategies and execution plans, takes action to ease processes, escalates to higher function critical issues /li liReports to higher functions KPI status, activit-blocks and actions taken /li liSupports Customer Operations Lead in defining long-term strategies /li liAdds new projects and tasks in team activities /li liMonitors training needs /li liImplements and sustains periodic reviews with team members /li liActs as internal quality control for activities performed by team members /li liSupports with hers/his expertise other functions in delivering intermediate level activities /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liExperience in pharma industry relevant fields, as consultant or direct employee (must have) /li li2 years’ experience in pharma industry relevant fields, as consultant or direct employee (preferred) /li liExperience in team leading (must have) /li liEnglish (must have) /li liMajor Microsoft 365 apps knowledge (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint) (must have) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
