We are seeking a results-driven Product and Pricing Manager to develop and implement pricing strategies that drive profitability and market competitiveness for two leading automotive brands. This role will play a key part in aligning pricing with corporate goals, customer expectations, and brand positioning across the European market. /ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliDesign and execute competitive, data-driven pricing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives. /liliConduct regular market and competitor analysis, including research on pricing trends and customer insights, to inform pricing decisions. /liliMonitor and optimize product margins; recommend and implement pricing adjustments to meet revenue and margin targets. /liliCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure pricing supports brand positioning and market segmentation strategies. /liliDevelop efficient pricing processes, ensuring internal controls and regional consistency. /liliProvide clear pricing guidance to the dealer network to ensure alignment and consistent execution. /liliTrack pricing KPIs and performance metrics; deliver insights and recommendations to leadership. /liliLiaise with sales, finance, supply chain, and marketing teams to align on pricing strategies and ensure cohesion. /liliManage pricing throughout the product lifecycle, from launch to end-of-life, adapting to product performance and market conditions. /liliSupport demand forecasting and inventory planning with pricing intelligence in partnership with planning teams. /li /ulpbQualifications Skills /b /pulliExperience : /liliAt least 3 years in pricing, product management, or revenue management, preferably within the automotive or mobility sector. /liliIndustry Knowledge : /liliUnderstanding of the automotive market, vehicle lifecycle management, and pricing methodologies. /liliAnalytical Skills : /liliProficiency in pricing tools, Excel, and financial modeling; ability to analyze complex datasets. /liliBusiness Acumen : /liliStrong understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and profitability drivers. /liliCRM Data Tools : /liliExperience with CRM systems like Salesforce and pricing or data management tools. /liliProject Management : /liliExcellent organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects. /liliAdaptability : /liliAbility to adapt strategies based on market changes and competitive landscape. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
