Educational background
Diploma in Technical Chemistry
Bachelor in Chemistry
Other similar or relevant level of education will be considered.
Experience You have 4 to 5 years of experience from laboratory position involving practical work.
Communication in the laboratory is in both
Italian and English
language. It is important to be comfortable in using both languages, written and spoken. English does not have to be perfect, but you should not be afraid to use it.

Active and self-driven personality. Following appropriate training, you are able to identify tasks that need to be done by yourself, and do not need to be told when or how to do it.
Independent in managing your working time, meeting deadlines and priorities based on production needs or R&D; projects.
Work in a structured and meticulous manner, and care about the quality of your work.
Extroverted and positive and appreciate communication, sparring and coordination with colleagues.
Collaborative and team-oriented, contributing to smooth running of the laboratory by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.

Good at creating overview when multiple things need to be conducted at the same time. The laboratory is sometimes a busy place with multiple activities ongoing simultaneously and changing priorities.
Curious and interested in learning new. As part of the R&D; function, you will be challenged with activities outside the regular routine.
Accept routine activities as a natural part of the job, also functions that require manual labour and a certain physical strength.
About the position The position involves quality control of materials and components used in our production of Dryfilm as well as tests conducted to assure the quality of the Dryfilm itself. Furthermore, it involves participation in development of novel solutions and products.
Key responsibilities
Raw materials
Quality control and verification of raw materials according to certificates, specifications and documentation.
Dry Film Line
Quality control of Dryfilm products.
Documentation of production and quality control.
Certification of materials.
Control and calibration of the internal instruments provided for the Dry Film line (execution and planning) including compilation and archiving of paper and digital control/calibration.
Research and development
Research and development activities – Dryfilm and other segments.
Evaluation and approval of new raw materials, modification and study of formulations through laboratory tests.
Dry Film and Development laboratory orders, order requests and material entry verification.
Disposal of raw materials on the Dry Film line, packaging preparation, labelling, weighing and delivery to the designated area, filling out the forms.
Picking up and bringing samples between different parts of the production and changing gas cylinders.
