The Role
We’re looking for travel enthusiasts with a passion for guest service to join our depot in Trebbo – Bologna. You’ll be the face of our company, reporting directly to the Regional Operations Manager, and your goal will be to ensure an outstanding level of customer service, maintain the fleet of campervans in top condition, and take ownership of all issues that need to be managed to guarantee smooth operation of the depot.
What will you work on?
* Handle incoming reservations, welcoming guests and taking care of check‑ins and check‑outs;
* Take care of the fleet, logistics, and ensure our campervans are maintained in top condition by monitoring maintenance and repairing needs;
* Assist in training, supervising, and coaching your team;
* Control booking activities, manage stock, local suppliers, and cleaning services;
* Handle complaints, emergencies, and any local issue that may arise to keep operations running smoothly;
* Prepare and clean our campervans;
* Assist in reselling campervans, preparing and showing them to prospective buyers.
Who are we looking for?
* Travel enthusiast with direct contact experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail or Rent‑a‑car (desirable);
* Fluent in Italian and English (mandatory);
* Eligible to work in Italy, with a valid driver’s licence and confident in driving a campervan (mandatory);
* Available to work weekends and national holidays;
* Responsible, reliable, well‑organised and good at solving problems.

* The role will start in March 2026.
* The contract is fixed‑term until November 2026 as the Bologna depot is seasonal.
