For the Finance and Administration department, we are seeking an:
* Accounting Manager
Responsibilities include:
1. Management: Responsible for the local Finance & Administration Team. Support for foreign permanent establishments' Finance & Administration Teams as needed.
2. Monthly Closing: Oversee the month-end closing process, including bank reconciliations, journal entries, and preparation of the monthly balance sheet.
3. Finance: Supervise Treasury activities, bank reconciliations, and payments process.
4. Financial Statements: Oversee the preparation of year-end financial statements in accordance with Italian Gaap and ensure compliance with new accounting standards.
5. Analysis: Analyze accounts, identify discrepancies, support complex transactions, and assist in special projects, financial analysis, and audits.
6. Taxes: Ensure compliance with tax regulations, assist in corporate income tax, VAT, and withholding tax filings, and cooperate with the Tax Advisor.
Requirements:
* High school or university degree in a relevant field.
* 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, supervising the Financial Reporting / General Ledger Department.
* Proficiency in SAP.
* Fluent in English (oral and written).

Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and customer service skills required. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team.
