The Customer Fulfillment Manager will be responsible for all aspects of project management and fulfillment of repair projects inside the JV LM Service Shop in Avenza (Italy).
The Customer Fulfillment Manager will be the referent person for Aero PM in JV organization and for channels teams (BH and GEVernova) for SOW finalization and for costs and delivery tracking/update.
Avenza Service Shop is a Level 4 Shop for LM2500 technology and Level 2/4 for LM6000 technology (Aeroderivative gas turbines).
The Customer Fulfillment Manager will report to the Customer Fulfillment and CX Leader.
Essential Responsibilities
To be responsible for the execution of the projects in terms of main contractual obligations: cost, timely delivery, quality, compliance with contract scope as well as expected profitability of the project itself
To work with Aero PM to manage and drive strategies to execute the plan
To provide periodic updates to Aero PM and GE/BH Regional execution teams for repair status and follow up
To work with Aero PM for cost collection to assure intercompany billing system process
To support NCR and RCAs investigations as required.
To work with channels and customers teams to get work scope decisions for NCR's, NSR's and missing at incoming items.
To facilitate customer meetings and visits at the site.
To own and drive the fulfillment complete process for assigned projects inside LM Massa Shop and testing facilities.
To look for solution to ensure the completion of the job as requested by Channel and customers if needed.
Drive daily meeting as a project Manager with internal teams and external shareholders
Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor mechanical or economics Degree from an accredited university
Previous experience in Project Management and Shop Operations (nice to have)
Skilled in organization and management of complex activities interfacing with the various internal supporting organizations
Fluent Italian and English written and spoken
Skilled in ERP systems Oracle preferred (nice to have)
Proficiency with IT tools, particularly planning tools (MS project), other MS Office tools (MS Access, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) and Oracle ERP;
EU work permit
Desired Characteristics
High level/general knowledge of O&G applications and O&G products (Gas Turbines, Aero derivatives GT)
Strong interpersonal and communications skills
