We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented person for a temporary opportunity that offers hands-on experience in a dynamic, collaborative, and international environment, as Junior Technical Analyst. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate with a Master’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering or Surveyor Degree ("geometra") or a related discipline to begin their professional career. The successful candidate will support senior Professionals on several matters in order to improve her/his skills on Technical Due Diligence activities, Project Management and Monitoring. The candidate will be part of a dynamic team capable of simultaneously tackling and developing various activities. We work on all commercial real estate sectors such as Hospitality, Industrial & Logistics, Office, Retail and Residential, across Italy. Flexibility and multidisciplinary approach are part of our methodology. In this role, the candidate will have the opportunity to support our Clients on significant projects for the identification of risks and opportunities. Working alongside more senior figures, the candidate will handle assigned tasks independently but coordinated within a team effort. The candidate will have the possibility to implement its ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information and various activities. Role accountabilities Project Management and Monitoring Activities
Support in preparing documents related to timelines, costs, and coordination topics Participation in meetings, preparation of minutes, and follow-up with consultants and project teams Update of management and monitoring tools such as flow chart, risk register and open point trackers Site inspections Review of design documentation Project analysis and preparation of presentations
Technical Due Diligence Activities
Site inspections Review of As-Built documentation (design, certifications, etc) Support in drafting of Technical Due Diligence reporting in English and/or Italian related to the technical matters Drafting of presentations addressed to the Client Inventory of the documentation provided and creation of the Virtual Data Room Analysis and reorganization of the building’s historical records, highlighting description and classification of interventions, including the analysis of floor plans attached to Building Permits Analysis and verification of cadastral plans and documents Area Measurements of real estate assets in accordance with IPMS standards.
Qualifications We are particularly looking for candidates with the following:
Master’s Degree in Architecture/Engineering or Surveyor Degree (Geometra) Excellent knowledge of Office softwares and AutoCAD Teamwork capability, proactive attitude and goal oriented Excellent level of English (B2/C1) written and spoken and fluency in Italian written and spoken Willingness to travel nationally for inspections from Milan Drive license (cat. B) MEP systems knowledge as a plus Previous work experience (placement/internship) in a surveying or construction environment as a plus.
