You'll be developing our compliance department, working on cutting-edge financial features, and advising our business on compliance requirements and related controls. Let’s get in touch. /ppbWhat you'll be doing /b /pulliAdvising the business on compliance requirements for various financial products and related controls /liliCreating, assessing, and implementing policies from scratch /liliChecking feedback and compliance approval of credit product initiatives /liliManaging the training programme /liliReviewing and approval of marketing communications /liliAnalysing complaints and work with the business to drive better customer outcomes /liliMonitoring compliance and Horizon Scanning for the countries we work in /liliReading large pieces of regulation and breaking down what's needed to be done and how it applies to the business model, mapping them to controls and policies in place, as well as remediating identified gaps /liliWorking closely with Risk Managers on resolution of reported compliance risks and incidents /liliIdentifying regulatory issues proactively and recommending remedies to promote compliance /liliLiaising with key internal (e.g. Legal, Risk, BSA / AML officer, etc.) and external (e.g. regulators, advisors, partners, etc.) stakeholders as required /li /ulpbWhat you'll need /b /pulliExperience in regulatory compliance role within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator /liliKnowledge of how to conduct regulatory gap analysis, policy creation, and implementation /liliExpertise with payments, prepaid cards, saving products or deposits, and FOS business model /liliThe ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines /liliA solid understanding of the interplay between compliance risk and business risk /liliThe skills to communicate positively with members of various internal teams and regulators /liliMulti-tasking abilities with close attention to detail /liliTo demonstrate sound judgement /liliExcellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills /liliKnowledge and experience in regulatory requirements on credit, and a willingness and passion to develop knowledge and expertise in the other areas (e.g. payments, deposit, privacy, etc.) /li /ulpBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
