Your mission We are seeking an enthusiastic Technical Support Engineer to: Research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with our solutions; Propose software-related solutions to our customers regarding our products; Test new features using Google Tag Manager, WordPress, or Shopify; Collaborate with the product and development teams on new features; Provide technical training to the Customer Support team on our products and integrations. Requirements At least 1 year of experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role in IT; Full professional proficiency in English and Italian; Knowledge of WordPress plugins, themes, and debugging; Experience with Google Tag Manager; Understanding of web development tools (DevTools, Inspect Element); Ability to reproduce problems and troubleshoot; Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS; Ability to draft internal technical documentation; Excellent soft skills and team spirit. Added values Basic knowledge of frontend (JavaScript, React, AngularJS) or backend programming languages (PHP, Ruby on Rails); Familiarity with software products and web functionalities.
