We are looking for a passionate and skilled Motion Graphics Animator who can create videos that capture our brand's unique voice and tell our story in an engaging and creative way. In this role, you will work closely with the Creatives Team developing and adapting short video ads for various sizes and social media platforms. For this, you will be using extensive After Effects features, including expressions and script templates. Key Accountabilities - Work closely with the Creatives Team to develop and execute short video ad clips for social media platforms according to internal marketing timelines; - Properly follow briefs and work with After Effects expressions, predefined design assets, and footage; - Create 2D animations using After Effects and implement expressions with Adobe ExtendScript; - Demonstrate detail-oriented and highly developed organizational skills, including prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines; - Stay up-to-date with market & industry trends and translate them into everyday tasks; - Use video editing software to add effects and titles to the videos; - Input sound to enhance footage, which may include selecting music and writing voice-overs; - Brainstorm video ideas and edit videos to create engaging and visually appealing content; - Help researching new concepts, advertising video ideas and realizing competitors' analysis. Qualifications & Skills - Proficiency in using the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects (Advanced), Premiere Pro (advanced), Photoshop (Medium), Illustrator (Beginner/Medium) and Audition (Medium/Advanced); - Ability to use script language and expressions in After Effects (or experience with a popular programming language) is a plus; - The ability to partner with other creative team members to create video content used across a variety of platforms on social media; - Great attention to detail; - Highly organized workflow to ensure seamless project exchange between colleagues; - Must be a self-starter and have a can-do attitude; - Experience with Google sheets; - Understanding of various video and image formats; - Ability to produce high-quality videos in a fast-paced environment; - Be a great communicator, receive and interpret feedback, and meet tight deadlines; - Fluency in the English Language, being confident in speaking, reading and writing communication.
