Key Responsibilities
* You will be responsible for enhancing employee productivity and commitment to goals, while ensuring all payroll administration and other information is well recorded.
* This role also involves establishing and maintaining departmental records and reports, identifying gaps and implementing plans to cover risks and drive performance.
* The successful candidate will have a strong business relationship with leadership teams and serve as a key adviser enabling strong management and leadership across the business.
* They will also facilitate the design and implementation of 'best solutions' that fuel engagement, including faster, better, cheaper processes and tools.
