Opportunity
We are looking for a Buyer to join our Procurement Team.
Your responsibilities will be:
* Order Management: Handle purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
* Contract Negotiation: Conduct negotiations with suppliers to secure the best purchasing conditions.
* Cost Analysis: Assess material and supplier costs to guarantee the best value for the company.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, sales, and logistics teams to align procurement strategies with business goals.
* Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain positive and collaborative relationships with suppliers, resolving issues and identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Reporting & Documentation: Prepare purchasing activity reports and maintain accurate records.
To be successful in this role you’ll need to have:
* Degree in Engineering, Economics or a related field
* At least 1-2 year of experience as a Buyer
* Strong negotiation skills and a team-oriented mindset
* Fluency in Italian and English
Nice to have:
* Previous experience in B2B Company
* Experience in purchasing accessories, fastners and/or finished machines
