Driving the Warehouse logistics operations inside Massa Manufacturing Site and ensuring logistic operations and performance according at internal Work Instruction and Logistics supplier's Scope of workLeading and improving all process from truck arrival to the delivery to manufacturing cellsEnsuring Warehouse HSE and Quality targets, leading regular inspectionsManaging and controlling Warehouse Logistic Provider ensuring high standard performance and meet costs targetsWorking closely with Logistics Centers & Site leaders to identify opportunity for productivityKPI definition, analysis of the impact of logistics activities on performances, development of new strategies and suggestion on new product linesProposing initiatives for cost savings and areas optimization
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED) with at least 4 years of experience in LogisticsAt least 3 additional years of experience in LogisticsStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsAbility to influence others and lead small teamsAbility to coordinate several projects simultaneouslyEffective problem identification and solution skillsProven analytical and organizational ability
