Role Description
We are seeking a Food Technologist, Industrial Chemist, or Chemical Engineer for a full-time, on-site role at our Ferrara location.
This position involves researching food products and processes to develop innovative solutions.
Key responsibilities include sensory evaluation of products, food technology development, laboratory testing, ensuring quality control standards, and contributing to Research and Development (R&D;) projects.
Qualifications
Knowledge and experience in Sensory Evaluation and Food Technology
Proficiency in Laboratory Skills and Quality Control processes
Demonstrated expertise in Research and Development (R&D;) within the food industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
Familiarity with sustainable practices in food production is a plus
Excellent organizational and communication skills
