We are seeking a Marketing Specialist for our headquarters in Egna (BZ).
Position
The candidate will contribute to developing and executing marketing strategies across various sales channels and customer touchpoints.
Main Activities
1. Developing, designing, and implementing marketing campaigns
2. Analyzing and developing the customer base and implementing the Marketing plan
3. Targeted and personalized customer activities
4. Launching new products and services with an omnichannel approach
5. Planning, managing, and executing marketing projects
6. Utilizing all communication channels (offline, online, social media, etc.)
7. Monitoring and measuring campaign impact
Qualifications
* Degree in Marketing, Economics, or Communication
* Previous experience in Marketing is a plus
* Ability to design omnichannel, multidisciplinary strategies
* Strong affinity with the digital world
* Team-oriented mindset
* Analytical and reporting skills
* Organizational skills and goal orientation
* Customer focus and awareness of marketing trends
* Innovative approach
* Excellent knowledge of Italian; good command of English and/or German
