\nWe are looking for a talented **R&D; Product Development Engineer** to join our Research Development & Engineering Department at our Chieti (Italy) plant. This role offers a unique opportunity to design, validate, and enhance cutting-edge products.\n
- *Duties and Responsibilities:**
\nAs a R&D; Product Engineer, you will be responsible for:\n
- **Design & Development:** Drive the creation of new products and modifications to existing ones, ensuring alignment with customer and application requirements.
- **Validation & Specifications:** Oversee product validation and establish technical specifications.
- **Material Control:** Define control methods for new materials in collaboration with the Materials Department.
- **Testing & Equipment:** Directly conduct or support the Testing Department in defining test equipment and methodologies, definition and development of theoretical models for aspects relating to the functionality and reliability of transmissions.
- **Sales Support:** Assist the Sales Team by evaluating feasibility, preparing proposals, and creating documentation for customer discussions.
- **Production Assistance:** Support production during pre-series startup phases, managing criticalities, validating processes, and implementing corrective actions.
- **Quality Assurance:** Collaborate with Quality teams to address issues, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Aftermarket & Competitor Analysis:** Work with the Aftermarket team to align non-standard belts with competitors’ offerings.
- *Knowledge and Experience:**
- Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
- Good Knowledge of English
- Proficiency with MS Office (esp. PowerPoint and Excel)
- Willingness to travel worldwide as needed.

- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to troubleshoot and “think out of the box”
- Initiative and independence
- Excellent communication, analytical, and synthesis skills
