The opportunity involves working on national and international projects alongside highly qualified professionals, with a focus on intellectual property rights and related tax incentives. Responsibilities Collaborate with the tax incentives team to support legal analyses related to fiscal incentives (patent box, tax credit for research, development and innovation). Verify that IP rights align with applicable regulations and industry best practices. Maintain and manage documentation related to IP topics (trademarks, patents, designs, models, copyright, SIAE registrations, etc.). Engage in projects at national and international levels, working with professionals to develop expertise. Qualifications At least 3 years of professional experience at leading national or international firms or consulting companies. Master ́s degree in Law with a grade of at least 100/110. Admitted to the Bar (abilitazione all ́esercizio della professione). Strong command of English, preferably with study or work experience abroad. Good knowledge of Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
