PLM Business Analyst: TXT e-Tech is looking for a PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Business Analyst who will work at our headquarters in Cologno Monzese. Main Responsibilities: Provide consultancy and qualified assistance to both clients and the development team, ensuring that the proposed PLM solutions are perfectly aligned with the strategic objectives of the organization; Maintain a constant and constructive dialogue with all stakeholders, both internal and external to the organization, in order to identify their needs and illustrate complex solutions in a clear and understandable manner; Organize and lead workshops for the solution definition, taking care of the collection and documentation of the outcomes and decisions made during these meetings; Responsible for the detailed drafting of technical and functional requirements, ensuring that they faithfully reflect the needs of the project and the end user; Devise and carry out user acceptance tests (UAT), ensuring that the developed solutions fully meet the defined acceptance criteria and effectively respond to customer expectations. Technical Skills Required: Ability to analyze business requirements, processes, and data to identify improvement opportunities, proposing effective solutions through the strategic use of Aras Innovator; Broad competence regarding the different phases of a product's lifecycle, from initial conception and design to production and the decommissioning phase; In-depth knowledge of the typical organizational structure of the manufacturing sector, including the areas of Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production, and Quality Control; Skills in programming, database management, system integration, and cloud technologies, which constitute an added value; Strong strategic vision oriented towards business objectives, with a constant focus on customer needs; Good knowledge of English. Good communication, analysis, and problem-solving skills complete the profile. Education: High school diploma, Degree in technical-scientific or computer science sectors.
