Join our company as an L2 Onsite IT Technician to provide advanced technical support to end users at our customers.
\n
Assist with video conferencing systems, monitors, printers, phones, and projectors
\n
Install, set up, and maintain devices and standard software (Windows, Microsoft 365, iOS)
\n
Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues
\n
Support walk-up IT desks or kiosks, when required
\n
Provide smart hands support for servers, network devices, and site equipment under remote guidance
\n
Help with basic router and switch installations
\n
Assist with datacenter-related tasks and backup activities
\n
2–5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
\n
~ Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
\n
~ Strong knowledge of Windows 10⁄11, Office 365, and common enterprise applications
\n
~ Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi)
\n
~ Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange Online, and identity management
\n
~ Good English and fluent Italian
