The ideal candidate will be inserted in a team that deals with ordinary and extraordinary building maintenance on buildings and will perform the following tasks: Ripristino of plaster, masonry, thresholds, zoccolature, cordoli, massetti Work on cartongesso walls: realization, rasatura, stuccatura and finitura Rifacimento and repair of floors and ceramic, cement or stone coatings Realization of small masonry works for plant support (e.G. opening/closing of electrical and hydraulic plant traces) Maintenance on roofs, gutters, downspouts, skylights Localized interventions on deteriorated massetti, sealings and technical stuccoes Use of traditional and electric building tools (demolition hammer, sander, drill, mixer) Requirements
The ideal candidate has the following requirements: At least 5 years of experience in the role, in the maintenance or restructuring field Ability to work independently on small and medium interventions Excellent manual skills and precision in finishes Knowledge of materials and traditional and lightweight construction techniques (cartongesso, technical mortars, silicones) Habit of working in operating environments (offices, hospitals, factories) Ability to interact with other technical teams (electricians, plumbers, HVAC) Driver's license B - availability for daily trips with company vehicle Preferable possession of certificates for work at heights, DPI III category, PLE Working Conditions
