We are currently seeking a Senior Tender Specialist who will be responsible for Preparing and submitting tender/contract responses including all related documents and sub-processes on behalf of Beckman Coulter Life Sciences in line with the commercial strategy ensuring they are submitted on time.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Analysis and study of tenders, evaluation of the requirements, drafting and preparation of the envelope administrative, technical documentation in collaboration with the corporate staff administration, preparation of the economic envelope with the support of sales department, monitoring of the tender submission process (formatting, completeness, consistency and compliance), management of overall contract tender agreements (terms and conditions, compliance, integrity)
* Management of the electronic archiving of documents in compliance with the established criteria and draft reports out
* Support and collaboration with different departments in the Beckman Coulter Life Science Commercial organization and contribution to the achievement of its yearly sales targets
The required qualifications for the job include:
* Minimum of 5 years 'experience in the same role preferably in the diagnostic or chemical/pharmaceutical sector with an excellent knowledge of Italian public procurement law.
* Good spoken and written English
* Advanced knowledge of the office package specifically advanced knowledge of MS.
