The Role
As the RV/Campervan Rental Coordinator, you will be the face of Indie Campers in Pisa, reporting directly to the Regional Operations Manager. Your main goal will be to deliver outstanding customer service, keep our fleet in top condition, and manage all depot operations smoothly.
What Will You Work On?
* Handle incoming reservations, welcome guests, and manage check‑ins and check‑outs.
* Maintain the fleet, oversee logistics, monitor maintenance, and address repair needs.
* Assist in training, supervising, and coaching the team.
* Control booking activities, manage stock and local suppliers, and coordinate cleaning services.
* Handle complaints, emergencies, and other local issues to ensure seamless operations.
* Prepare and clean campervans.
* Assist in reselling campervans, presenting them to prospective buyers.
Who Are We Looking For?
* Travel enthusiasts with a passion for customer engagement and experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent‑a‑car (desirable).
* Fluent in Italian and English (mandatory).
* Eligible to work in Italy, with a valid driver’s licence and confidence driving a campervan (mandatory).
* Available to work weekends and national holidays.
* Responsible, reliable, and detail‑oriented.
* Organised and skilled at problem solving.
Opening Details
* Projected start date: March 2026.
* Seasonal contract until November 2026.
