About the Role For our headquarters in Lissone (MB), we are looking for a Project Manager. Reporting to the Proposal and Program Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management and coordination of custom projects for clients in the automotive, microelectronics, and optoelectronics sectors, ensuring compliance with delivery schedules, cost management, and required quality standards.

Responsibilities
\n
\n
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, from acquisition phase to final delivery and on-site customer acceptance testing;
\n
- Organise and manage design reviews;
\n
- Plan project activities, defining milestones, timelines, and resource allocation in collaboration with Engineering Department Managers;
\n
- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular reports to Management and the Program Manager on the overall health of the project portfolio;
\n
- Continuously monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to budget, expected margins, and timelines;
\n
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (HW, SW, Mechanical) to ensure technical alignment and achievement of set objectives;
\n
- Act as the primary interface with the customer for project status updates, proactively addressing and resolving potential issues;
\n
- Identify project risks in advance and implement appropriate mitigation strategies;
\n
- Ensure proper documentation of all project phases, in compliance with company standards and applicable regulations;
\n
- Collaborate with Purchasing and Production Departments to ensure on-time supply chain and assembly processes.

\nQualifications\n
\n
- Previous experience as a Project Manager in high-tech industrial or automation environments;
\n
- Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies;
\n
- Proficient in English;
\n
- Good ability to interpret complex technical requirements and test specifications;
\n
- Ability to use ERP systems and planning tools (e.g., Microsoft Project);
\n
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills;
\n
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset;
\n
- Leadership skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams;
\n
- Availability to travel abroad.

\nPay range and compensation package\n45 - 55k (annual) + health insurance, welfare, meal vouchers (10 euros/day)\n
