Responsibilities / TasksThe Quality Expert's responsibilities include:Analyzing existing business processes to identify potential improvements and deviations from standardsActing as an interfunctional facilitator to promote and support corrective actionsMonitoring the progress of corrective measures against established plansDesigning quality standards and processes when needed (both internal and external, e.g., at suppliers' sites)Developing quality gate systems and defining appropriate corrective actionsParticipating in all required meetings to ensure proper governance within the Quality Business UnitThe successful candidate will also work autonomously with managers and supervisors to implement quality measures and will be responsible for managing the claims process.A strong Quality Expert should possess excellent investigative and troubleshooting skills and be able to ensure that processes and products consistently meet established quality standards.Your Profile / QualificationsDegree in Quality, Industrial, or Mechanical EngineeringExperience in quality engineering or in a similar roleExperience in coding and in the use of software tools and processes (Power BI, apps, SAP, etc.)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsSolid analytical and problem‐solving abilitiesGood project management skillsGood command of English and ItalianDid we spark your interest?Then please click apply above to access our guided application process.
