Do you like to work precisely and in a structured manner? Are you detail oriented? Then we have a great opportunity for you in our engaged Trade Contracts & Payments department, supporting our international Sales Teams on contract and rebate management.
Your Tasks
- Administrate the customer contracts for different brands in Italy
- Manage promotional budgets for over 100 countries worldwide
- Check accuracy of customer invoices and advise payments
- Data management in ERP system SAP/VISTEX
- Be the first point of contact for the sales force for rebate management
- Prepare analysis and evaluations to support the international sales department
- Strong collaboration with internal departments (e.g. controlling, accounting, customer service)
- Support improvement projects on processes and tools
Your Profile
- 2-3 years working experience in a similar position, especially administration/accounting
- Very good Excel knowledge
- Autonomous, structured and well organized
- Precise way of working and attention to detail
- High ability to deal with facts and figures
- Fluent in English and Italian, German is a plus
