Main activities: Feasibility analysis of real estate developments; Definition of the preliminary design document; Managing the project budget according to client requirements; Full-cycle management of the construction process, ensuring costs, timelines, and quality standards; Identification, contracting, and coordination of professionals involved in design and execution phases (suppliers, designers, legal figures, lawyers, etc.); Managing relationships with clients and all involved parties; Managing relations with Public Administrations and Authorities; Site supervision: managing relationships with construction companies, verifying progress, assisting with contractual issues and variations; Preparation and submission of reports as required by the client; Monitoring project progress in relation to agreements with funding entities. Requirements: Experience of at least 1-2 years as a Project Manager in medium-sized organizations is preferred; Diploma as a Surveyor or Degree in Engineering/Architecture; Proactive approach to activities with critical thinking and planning skills; Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or in a team; Good knowledge of administrative procedures for obtaining building permits; Proficiency in analysis, evaluation, and drafting of quantity surveys and use of public rate lists, as well as scheduling and timeline management; Availability for on-site technical inspections; Good command of English; Proficiency with design software (AutoCAD, Allplan, Revit, etc.); Excellent knowledge of Office suite (knowledge of MS Project is a plus); Excellent time management, prioritization, precision, and interest in multidisciplinary topics.
