Responsibilities
* Support GBEs’ Compliance Functions in interpreting and implementing GIH‑level policies and guidelines
* Facilitate reporting and information flows from the GBEs to the GIH CCO, including methodologies and IT tools implementation
* Conduct on‑site assessments in the GBEs on compliance‑related topics
* Evaluate organizational structures and internal procedures for managing Compliance Risks
* Review annual the GBEs Compliance Plans and Reports, liaising with Compliance Officers
* Consolidate and report outcomes of GBEs’ compliance risk assessments into the GIH Compliance Risk Assessment
* Provide guidance and foster best practices through regular meetings with the GBEs and Compliance community initiatives
* Advise GBEs on specific compliance topics and facilitate cross‑entity collaboration when needed
Requirements
* Master Degree level (BAC+5), preferably in Law or Economics
* Previous experience in the compliance, legal or asset management services field
* International professional experience
* Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
* Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with compliance tools and methodologies

Acting as the main link between the GBEs’ Compliance Functions of the GBEs and the Group Chief Compliance Officer Function, the Team ensures alignment, consistency, and effective governance of compliance practices.
