PJob DescriptionbrThe Software Engineer is responsible for creating ICT solutions that comply with the internal customer's requirements, guaranteeing maximum functionality and efficiency. The core responsibilities of the role are: planning and designing the solution in detail; developing and engineering solution components; creating prototypes and solutions that end users will employ; formalizing and documenting solutions; supporting, where necessary, beyond the first level (Help desk).br1.01 Collects and understands the needs of the internal customer, facilitates the definition of requirements and conducts an initial analysis and feasibility assessmentbr1.02 Supports the internal customer in defining functional requirements, conducts business analysis and process mapping to represent the AS- flows IS and TO-BEbr1.03 Defines, with the support of the coordinator and the technical area, the plan of required activities and implementation times in order to present the proposed solutions to the internal customer with an estimate of times and costsbr1.04 Coordinates and monitors the progress of development activities, even if carried out by external suppliers; where necessary, directly develops components and/or functionalitiesbr1.05 Coordinates testing activities (UAT) with the internal customer in order to ensure that the solution is consistent with the pre-established requirements and objectivesbr1.06 Coordinates with the other IT functions to release activities in order to cause the least possible inconvenience to the business in the transition phase to a new service and/or adoption of a new solutionbr1.07 Provides assistance in the first release phases to support the other functions in managing issues, carrying out and/or coordinating debugging and/or development activities fixbr1.08 Tracks the activities carried out and produces the related documentation according to shared standards; produces material for end-user training (user guide, tutorial...)br1.09 Acts as product contact person, coordinates with other IT functions to ensure the resolution of critical issues, can provide level II support; reports any need for technological and/or functional improvementbr1.10 Acts as a reference technological partner, supports the business in identifying and specifying functional needs and in the selection of suppliers/market solutionsbr1.11 Drafts the technical documentation of the developed softwarebr1.12 Promotes the development of Role learning through proactive, team and digital activities, aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of one's Responsibilitiesbr1.13 Promotes, adopts and develops the use of digital technologies within one's function in relation to both the management of the process and in relations with internal and external interlocutors involved in the businessbr1.14 Adopts significant behaviors and promotes operational/cultural actions for Sustainable Development, understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of the Environment, Business Processes and Organizational Community /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
