Research Assistant – Frödin Group, BRIC, UCPHWe are looking for a highly motivated Research Assistant who will be part of a research project that uses our CRISPR-Select knockin technology (Niu et al **** Nature Genetics, PMID: ********) to determine which mutations in the Low-Density Lipoprotein Receptor (LDLR) cause familial hypercholesterolemia.
Our group and researchWe use functional genetics to unravel the genes, mutations and mechanisms that cause human disease.
