Company Description
Synergie Italia, divisione Permanent Retail, is seeking a Post-Sales Planner and Technical Support for a company specialized in designing and manufacturing equipment for the wine sector.
Position
Main Responsibilities
* Plan technical interventions (routine maintenance, extraordinary repairs), considering priorities, staff availability, and plant locations.
* Manage and optimize the post-sales activity schedule, ensuring efficiency and punctuality.
* Monitor progress of interventions, updating management systems regularly.
* Collaborate with the warehouse to ensure the availability of necessary spare parts.
* Analyze KPIs, SLAs, and response times, proposing corrective actions to improve service quality.
* Support urgent or critical customer requests.
Requirements
Technical diploma or Degree in Management Engineering, Mechanical, Electronics or related fields.
Experience in planning or technical coordination, preferably in plant engineering or industrial settings.
Proficiency in planning tools and management software.
Strong organizational skills, problem-solving attitude, and ability to prioritize.

Work Location: Monteforte d'Alpone (VR)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary Range: €30,000 - €35,000
