PpThis role supports the creation, deployment, and production of McIntosh Sonus faber luxury brand experiences (in‑person experiences activations) to elevate brand perception, fuel dealer and distributor activations, and support commercial outcomes. The focus is on events in EMEA, including the Sonus faber factory experience and regional Vicenza experience for VIPs and stakeholders. /ph3Scope of Responsibilities /h3h3A. Experience Program Development Management /h3ulliIdentify experience opportunities, in collaboration with the Global Activation team. /liliImprove and oversee ongoing execution of the Sonus faber Factory Experience and regional Vicenza/Veneto Experience for VIP customers and stakeholders. /liliLead the end‑to‑end guest journey design of key experiences, from invitation to post‑event follow‑up. /liliConfirm the strategic intent, goals, and budget for each experience. /liliManage relationships with Experience partners and Bose stakeholders. /liliOwn documentation of experience frameworks, flows, run‑of‑show guides, and best practices. /liliServe as a brand ambassador, storyteller, and on‑site leader throughout the experiences we produce. /liliSupport the development of a broad experience strategy and guidelines to create scalable programs worldwide, including standardized playbooks and toolkits. /li /ulh3B. Dealer Distributor Activation /h3ulliPartner with the Activation team to guide dealers on turning events into brand‑building and sales‑supporting experiences. /liliCoordinate with the Training Education team to ensure storytelling and luxury behaviors are integrated. /liliSupport key partners in elevating their own experiential execution, acting as a reference point for luxury standards and experience design. /li /ulh3C. Event Coordination Experience Support /h3ulliSupport global experiential activations with planning, content, flows, experience design, and logistics. /liliIdentify and secure the correct audio equipment and display environments; oversee setup and break‑down/ship‑out. /liliEnsure events ladder up to Experience KPIs and brand goals. /liliCapture leads and hand off to Bose VIP Sales Enablement and/or supporting dealer for conversion. /liliDefine experience flow and key moments (arrival, immersion, peak, closing) to ensure emotional and sensory impact. /li /ulh3D. Content Story Enablement /h3ulliPartner with Product/Content Marketing teams to identify what assets are needed to activate experiences. /liliGather field needs from distributors/dealers and translate them into creative requirements. /liliEnsure alignment with future Brand Identity and Brand Guidelines. /liliCollaborate with the PR team to ensure experiences are designed with media relevance and narrative clarity in mind. /li /ulh3E. Performance Reporting /h3ulliTrack Experience KPIs: attendance, audience quality, dealer support, conversion signals, post‑event opportunities. /liliSupport scoring/evaluation frameworks for experiences globally. /liliProvide insights and recommendations to continuously refine programming, formats, and audience targeting. /li /ulh3Experience Skills /h3ulli5+ years producing brand experiences, cultural activations, or high‑end hospitality events for luxury audiences. /liliProven track record leading end‑to‑end guest journey design across international markets. /liliExperience managing business partners such as retailers and distributors. /liliStrong narrative and storytelling skills; ability to translate a brand identity into experiential moments. /liliExperience developing scalable playbooks, frameworks, or toolkits across markets. /liliComfortable managing budgets, vendor contracts, and multi‑event logistics simultaneously. /liliFamiliarity with audio or AV environments preferred. /li /ulh3Key Personal Attributes /h3ulliStrong communication skills. /liliAttention to detail and commitment to quality standards. /liliObsessive attention to guest experience quality – from macro programming to in‑room detail. /liliCollaborative across functions without losing ownership of outcomes. /liliAbility to balance hands‑on technical work with client‑facing responsibilities. /liliGenuine passion for music, design, sound, and cultural programming. /li /ulpDiversity and inclusion are integral to our success.
