Job Description Robert Bosch Italy is seeking a Business Analyst, Sales and Performance to join the Mobility Aftermarket sales team. This strategic role involves managing and optimizing KPIs, supporting data-driven sales strategies, and driving customer-centric planning. Key Responsibilities KPI Management & Reporting: Serve as the control tower for business KPIs. Monitor, manage, and update key performance indicators proactively. Prepare reports and materials for internal meetings. Collaborate with Sales Administration and Finance to manage performance indicators. Performance Planning & Analysis: Assist the Sales Director in setting targets and tracking opportunities. Act as Key User for the CRM system to manage sales opportunities. Create and analyze Sales Performance Dashboards by region, customer, and product. Analyze results, propose strategic and corrective actions, and monitor initiatives. Identify and share best practices within the team. Manage the sales module of the pricing tool for special deals. New Market Launch & Support: Conduct geomarketing to identify new opportunities. Analyze market trends and propose strategic actions. Coordinate between Marketing and Sales for price benchmarking. Qualifications Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Office Tools, Power BI, Google Suite, and programming languages. Fluent in Italian and English. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data synthesis skills. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with teamwork capability. Self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently and collaboratively.
