PJob Description /ppstrongThe candidate selected will be responsible for the following: /strong /ph3Service and Case Coordination /h3ulliOversee the case coordination of program services under the supervision of the Program Director or designated treatment staff /liliOversee the group schedule and work out coverage as needed /liliLead the daily huddle and drive the weekly tactical meeting /liliDrive the Medicaid billing expectations of the team /liliPerform random group audits to ensure the quality of services being provided /liliCollaborate with QMHPs and CMs in the development and planning of treatment program matters, including, but not limited to; family engagement, ADL assessments, Life Books, Ansel-Casey Assessments, RTIS reports, Discharge Summaries, and Monthly Reports /liliParticipate in monthly case consultation with the QMHP/CM to review the status of each service recipient /liliTransfer caseload to newly hired QMHPs and CMs and mentor/support them through the transitional period /liliAssist with managing the integration of new programming or activities into the group setting /liliDrive your team’s Individual Performance Scorecard process /liliMentor staff on systems, processes, and service delivery /liliCollaborate with the team regarding treatment program /liliMonitor aftercare services and ensure QRTP requirements are met /liliCoordinate and collaborate with schools on needs and changes /li /ulh3Leadership and Staff Development /h3ulliSupervise the thorough completion of intakes and all necessary assessments /liliComplete individual performance scorecards and provide clear expectations to those you supervise /liliAssign mentors to those you supervise /li /ulh3Quality Assurance /h3ulliAssist and recommend client support services to QMHP/CM /liliAssist the Program Director and Clinical Supervisor in ongoing review of cases to ensure client records meet quality standards /liliEnsure therapeutic services are provided as needed through coordination with the Clinical Supervisor /li /ulh3Corporate /h3ulliPractice ruthless pragmatism /liliEngage in peer-to-peer feedback /liliKnow and live the Necco Corporate Culture Principles /liliEmbodies the three essential virtues of humble, hungry, and smart /liliDrive your Individual Performance Scorecard /liliAdhere to and contribute to the Necco meeting structure /li /ulh3Position Qualifications: /h3ulliBachelor’s Degree in human services discipline /liliThree years’ experience working with children, individuals, and/or families with emotional or behavioral disabilities /liliExcellent computer skills /liliExcellent written and oral communication skills /liliExcellent organizational skills and self-motivation /liliSuccessful completion of all required criminal background checks /liliValid driver’s license and 100/300/100 auto insurance /li /ulpAt Necco, we value and are committed to creating an inclusive and equitable work environment.
