Job responsibilities include developing new business for ADP’s payroll and HR solutions across Italy, targeting customers with 1,000+ employees. Sales cycles typically span 6‑12 months and may extend for larger, internationally‑oriented deals where average revenue in year one ranges from €100,000 to €200,000.
Key Duties / Tasks
Create own business plan within overall framework
Identify prospects and define contact programme within set parameters
Arrange prospect appointments and undertake visits
Identify and, where xlwpduy possible, influence prospect needs
Work with pre‑sales when necessary to develop solutions to fit prospect needs
