Qualifications Education Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent scientific qualification with a minimum of 2 years of applicable working experience Required Experience A several experience in similar roles, in modern management companies operating in the industrial automation sector. Preferred Experience (Not Required) preferential requirement to have worked in Agile contexts and use versioning software. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities knowledge of the main communication systems on bus (I2C, SPI, USB, RS485, Ethernet, FO) and wireless (WiFi, Bluetooth, NFC, GPRS/3G, etc.); knowledge of EDA tools (Altium Designer); use of instruments such as multimeter, oscilloscope, network analyzer, etc; knowledge of C/C++ programming languages for embedded devices (without OS and with OS - Linux/Android/Real-time) and debugging tools; knowledge of programming languages for FPGA devices and related development tools is preferred (Verilog preferred/ Xilinx ISE/ Altera Quartus); know how to simulate and design analog and digital schematics and printed circuits; knowledge of the design solutions of analog and digital power drivers for the control of Mosfet / IGBT; knowledge of electronic devices programs such as PIC, Cortex-M (NXP, SILICON LABS) knowledge of tools for collaborative programming (e.g. GIT, SUB). in-depth knowledge of the design of analog front ends for small broadband and radio frequency signals in the presence of noise rejection problems; knowledge of interfacing problems with fiber optic devices and wired and wireless modems; have a good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken); interpersonal, communication, negotiation and teamwork skills; ability to analyze, evaluate and resolve problems; propensity for improvement and innovation; ability to accurately estimate development times; spirit of initiative, reliability and flexibility; interest and ability to learn in different industrial contexts; ability to independently manage projects even of significant complexity.
