The role of a Maintenance Supervisor is to oversee and manage maintenance activities across production lines, automated warehouses, and painting facilities. This involves developing and implementing autonomous and professional maintenance plans in collaboration with production departments. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to manage procedures to improve safety during maintenance activities, and coordinate maintenance team efforts to improve service quality and prioritize tasks.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring and enhancing maintenance KPIs, overseeing external contractors, and defining make-or-buy strategies for maintenance activities. Additionally, they will focus on managing the painting plant to eliminate downtime, identify causes, and establish preventive maintenance plans. This position requires collaboration on technical services for the plant, managing maintenance contracts ensuring compliance with safety standards, and leading and developing a team of 8 members.
To be eligible for this role, candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering and have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role or related sector. Hard skills required include a degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Management, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering, knowledge of Lean Production and AM / PM methodologies, familiarity with maintenance KPIs, and English language skills. Soft skills such as teamwork and leadership abilities, problem-solving aptitude, and empathy and interpersonal skills are also essential.
