Overview of the Role For our Milan office, we are seeking a Corporate Finance Analyst Intern starting in April 2026. The intern's primary role will be to support business development and strategic activities within the Company. The intern will support the Corporate Finance team in business development initiatives and in the early stages of M&A; and strategic advisory projects. The role offers direct exposure to transaction sourcing, financial analysis, and execution support within a dynamic advisory environment. WHAT YOU'LL DO Support business development activities, including target screening, investor mapping, and preparation of outreach materials Conduct structured research on M&A; transactions, Private Equity activity, and sector trends across Europe Assist in the identification and preliminary assessment of potential targets and buyers Contribute to financial analysis, including initial valuation work, financial statement review, and benchmarking Prepare draft pitch materials, teasers, and internal memos for transaction mandates Support the team during the early phases of M&A; processes (market mapping, long list / short list preparation, initial strategic positioning) Maintain and update internal databases and deal tracking systems WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Bachelor's / Master's degree Students in Economics, Finance, Management, Engineering, or related fields (or close to completion) Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, and business acumen A team player with the ability to work independently Excellent knowledge of the MS Office 365 suite Proficiency in both English and Italian (knowledge of any other language is a plus) Availability to work on-site WHAT WE OFFER Curricular Internship (3 + 3 months) Young and dynamic environment The opportunity to contribute to real projects and make a tangible impact Location: Milan (IT) This internship is unpaid and structured as a growth-oriented experience.
