Translate selected innovations into clear, structured and engaging narratives that align with Costa’s brand identity and campaign frameworks.Plan and execute integrated communication and activation initiatives across onboard and offboard channels (digital, physical and experiential). Ensure consistency, quality and coherence of messaging across all guest touchpoints, working closely with Product and Operations to align the designed experience with its communication.Coordinate the full lifecycle of marketing delivery—from asset creation (content, onboard materials, digital touchpoints and activations) to rollout across markets.
