We are looking for an HR Manager to lead the full HR agenda of our manufacturing Plant in Ancona.
The role requires strong operational ownership, ensuring effective daily HR Plant management, a robust and hands-on industrial relations capability, and a strategic HR Business Partnering mindset, supporting the execution of company culture together with the local Management Team.
What You Will Do:
Manage local Industrial Relations with Unions/RSU, negotiate and draft internal agreements, and guide daily IR activities;
Partner with the local Leadership Team to support business priorities and workforce effectiveness by cascading a team leadership model that builds trust and encourages collaboration;
Workforce planning, budgeting, and personnel cost forecasting;
Support recruitment for both White Collar and Blue Collar populations;
Support Talent Development initiatives, identifying critical skills, career growth pathways, and retention actions, in line with COE strategy;
Drive Performance Management processes, coaching managers to set clear objectives and ensure fair evaluations that promote accountability, meritocracy, and business performance;
Oversee training activities to support upskilling, reskilling, and organizational development;
Monitor, analyze, and leverage key HR KPIs to support informed decision-making;
Foster a positive employee experience by enhancing the Employee Value;
Proposition and promoting a culture of empowerment, trust, and openness;
Manage all contractual, legal, and administrative HR processes together with HR Administration.
What We Are Looking For:
Degree in Economics, Law, Psychology, Engineering, or related fields;
5–8 years of HR experience in a manufacturing/plant environment;
Willingness to travel frequently to our offices in Rome;
Strong, proven experience in Industrial Relations and Union/RSU management;
Solid analytical and data management skills, with the ability to interpret KPIs and translate data into actions;
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across both White Collar and Blue Collar populations;
Fluent Italian and good English.
