Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic Lab Consultant for our Diagnostics Pre‐Sales team.

The Lab
\n
Consultant will support the sales process by providing technical expertise and consulting to prospective customers. This role requires deep understanding of laboratory workflows, strong communication skills, and the ability to demonstrate the value of our diagnostic products and solutions.
\n
Responsibilities Design and deliver high‐impact solutions that address complex business and technical challenges. Collaborate closely with experienced team members, including product manager, project manager, and sales. Develop along a growth journey that integrates technical and scientific expertise, business acumen, and strategic vision. Gain exposure to and collaborate within a multinational and multicultural environment.

Qualifications Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
\n
Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) is preferred. Proven experience working in a clinical laboratory setting, with a strong understanding of laboratory workflows and diagnostic processes. Knowledge of fundamentals of WIT technology, life science market knowledge, general economics of business, and major diagnostic competitors.

Fluent
\n
English speaking, reading, and writing. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences. Strong negotiation skills and financial acumen. Strong problem‐solving and analytical skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
\n
Experience managing project teams is an asset. Strong organizational and time‐management skills. Self‐motivated with a focus on significant field‐based activity. Strong sales cycle management skills and understanding of business operational and financial aspects.
\n
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers and stakeholders. Proficiency in using laboratory information systems (LIS) and diagnostic equipment. Solid PC skills including Microsoft Office and basic Auto CAD knowledge.
\n
Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events as needed. Knowledge of workflow analytics including cross‐discipline simulations.
